Software/System Requirement Specification (SRS)

In this stage requirements are provided by our client in the form of detailed document or our team lead can contact with client to gather all requirements, this stage outlines the scope of project, purpose, interfacing, resources involved required functions, schedules, cost, and deliverables. After complete guidelines are created, proposal agreement is signed.

Analyzing requirements in maintenance or enhancement prospective

Requirements are analyzed by our engineers for accuracy and sufficiency in prospective of maintenance and enhancement. In case of maintenance all documents are required of existing system or in case of enhancement, existing system and new requirements are need to be provided by our client. This will enable us to better understand current system and new enhancement required.

Software maintenance and support

Once understanding is clear, we start reviewing the code and existing bugs. We priorities bug fixing according to the severity and fix the bugs. We provide both onsite and offshore maintenance as it depends upon the client requirement. In offshore maintenance we also offer client visit if it is required by client to support the application.  We also provide engineers who will support your application by 24x7 basis.

Enhancement and training

Software those are already developed and delivered may require some more features to be added or removed. Our enhancement policy provides same service as software maintenance. In which we study the existing application and provides required enhancements, the word ‘Maintenance’ involves activities on the developed and delivered software in order to correct errors, to improve performance or other attributes, or to acclimatize the product to a modified environment.
